Josh Harold
Josh is a West Virginia native and has lived here his entire life. He married his high school sweetheart and they have four children. He works in Raleigh, Fayette, Summers, Mercer, Pocahontas, and of course his home turf of Greenbrier counties. Josh is also a Military Relocation Professional. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Josh was involved in a variety of complex international projects in structural engineering and construction, working for engineering and construction companies within the energy generation sector holding a variety of positions that required extreme attention to detail and organization including Structural Designer and Sales Engineer. At his core, Josh is driven towards having integrity in every aspect. His motto is simple; just do the right thing - every time all the time!

Randy Hunt
Randy is a graduate of WV Tech with a BS in Accounting and an AS in Computer Science. He worked 35 years with the WV State Tax Department. In January 2017, Randy became a licensed FAA sUAS (Drone) Pilot. He can provide drone photography on any of his listings, giving his clients an added type of advertising. Randy can also provide 3D Virtual Tours, which have become popular during the Covid pandemic. Randy enjoys helping his clients find the perfect place to call home. He especially loves to assist first time homebuyers. Randy is actively involved in the community. He has been a coach for nearly 17 years, is an active member of Memorial Baptist Church, and serves as Treasurer for the WVU Tech Golden Bear Alumni Association.

Kimberly Bryant
Kim grew up in Summersville, WV and later attended Marshall University where she graduated with a BBA in Marketing. She started a career in banking while attending college. She worked in banking for 18 years, which gave her extensive knowledge that she still uses today. Because of this, Kim is able to help her clients better understand the financing options they have when purchasing a home. She also serves as an active board member for Access Health. Kim is a business partner in a real estate company that owns and manages rental property including a successful beach vacation rental in North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boy/girl twins, traveling and relaxing by the beach.

Angelina Cross
Angelina is a realtor servicing Raleigh, Fayette, and Mercer counties. She enjoys helping first time homebuyers pursue their dream homes as well as helping Veterans of our Armed Services relocate to a new home.
