Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Emilie moved to Beckley with her husband in 2008 after graduating from West Virginia University. She is currently working in the school system, where she enjoys making a difference in the lives of students. Randy is a graduate of WV Tech with a BS in Accounting and an AS in Computer Science. He worked 35 years with the WV State Tax Department. In January 2017, Randy became a licensed FAA sUAS (Drone) Pilot. He can provide drone photography on any of his listings, giving his clients an added type of advertising. Randy can also provide 3D Virtual Tours, which have become popular during the Covid pandemic. Randy enjoys helping his clients find the perfect place to call home. He especially loves to assist first time homebuyers. Randy is actively involved in the community. He has been a coach for nearly 17 years, is an active member of Memorial Baptist Church, and serves as Treasurer for the WVU Tech Golden Bear Alumni Association.
Lloyd is a lifelong resident of West Virginia, born and raised in Raleigh County. He is the former owner of Lloyd’s Convenient at Rock Creek, WV. Lloyd graduated from The Real Estate Institute. He has a Bachelor of Arts and Education. Lloyd has been in the Real Estate business for 23 years. He is active in many community affairs. He is the father of two daughters and has many grandchildren. Lloyd’s hobbies are hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and spending time with his grandkids. He continues to pursue the perfect fishing spot in the Northern Hemisphere.

Rachel McAlister has lived in southern West Virginia all of her life. Teaching, athletics, and learning have been an integral part of her life and real estate career. She has been a teacher for 11 years. Rachel graduated from WVU, Marshall, and is currently enrolled in a doctoral program to accomplish one of her life goals.
